Trust isn’t a badge bolted on at the end — it’s produced by the platform: verified at the source, isolated by design, auditable forever.

Verified before live

Ownership, identity, address and documents are checked against official registries (Kartverket, Lantmäteriet, Enova) and graded — a property earns its trust level before buyers ever see it.

Electronic identity

Identity is verified through the country’s eID — BankID in Norway and Sweden — and recorded as a privileged event no seller can self-assert.

Immutable audit trail

Every verification, offer, signature and payout is appended to a per-property timeline. The whole transaction is traceable end to end.

Data isolation

Property data lives in a private schema reached only through audited, access-checked procedures. Tenants and roles see only what they are entitled to.

Escrow & settlement

Money moves through escrow with a reconciled ledger — funds held until completion, then disbursed with a clear breakdown.

Least-privilege access

Buyers, sellers, agents and admins each get a scoped role; sensitive writes (like identity) run through dedicated, privileged paths.
